WinSCP for live file editing
When doing some quick edits on some of my sites, I used to download the file via FTP, edit it, and then upload it back to the server. I’ve started using WinSCP lately which allows me to logon via an SFTP or SCP and edit files as though they were live on my hard drive. If you’re still using FTP for a similar task, check out WinSCP. It’s freeware, and its great.
